80,000 litres of salt water in 11 plastic tanks fifteen floors high in the sky in a simulated atmosphere to give the idea of being deep in the ocean is home to many fish.

These are satisfying the demands of Hong Kong residents and restaurants who love their whole fresh ‘live’ fish, particularly species like Grouper.

"Vertical fish farms" are working their magic in center’s like Hong Kong and in many S E Asian countries and could be a feature in the future of cities of the future all over the world.
